Hi,
 
I think they just want you to take some of the different fabrics that you use and show them various wash options.
 
For example:
 
Stretch Twill
1.) 15 minutes, enzyme, stone silicone wash
2.) 30 minutes, enzyme, stone, and silicone wash
 
Stretch Long Ring Slub Denim
 
1.) Part of leg panel with sandblast and heavy enzyme wash
2.) Part of leg panel with whiskers, sandblast, medium enzyme wash and a grey rinse
 
These are just a few options that are shown on a wash standard card.  I hope this helps.  Good luck.
